I am self employed with Career Focus as a Vocational Counselor, associated with The Northshore Group, located at 1111 Northshore Drive, Suite S-490, Knoxville, TN 37919. My office phone is 584-0171. 

I am a Certified Vocational Evaluator and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. I have been conducting vocational evaluations (testing intelligence, academics, aptitudes, and vocational interests) since 1989. Most of my clients are persons with disabilities, referred to me by local high schools, Vocational Rehabilitation, and other referral sources. However, I also provide career counseling and guidance for high school seniors and adults, with or without disabilities. Southern Solutions

Southern Solutions is a market research company located in West Knoxville. We are currently conducting research with children for a major toy manufacturer concerning toys and likes and dislikes. This has been an ongoing project in which BHEA has been very helpful. We need girls 4-10 yrs of age to participate this weekend 8/10 & 8/11 in a study. Parents of 4 & 5 yr olds receive $15.00 for helping their child with the computer. All of the girls receive a toy valued at $20.00 for 45 minutes of their time. We have found that the children really enjoy this study and are proud to be rewarded for sharing their opinions. We will donate $5.00 back to Thursday Connection for every child who participates.
