End Of Semester Surveys

As we begin to prepare for next year, please take some time over the next weeks to answer these questions for us. These surveys are the first step we take every year to help us evaluate where we stand-what we’ve done well and what needs improvement.

We are very committed to offering the type of learning experience that our families really want for their children. We will thoughtfully and prayerfully consider every survey.

In the weeks to come, we will also be sending several very short, “mini surveys” regarding specific class choices for next year.

You may return these electronically (easiest for us to process) or on paper (they can be anonymous on paper).
